Elderly people that live in the park have been robbed blind by the meth heads that live here and are being supplied their drugs by the illegals.
I've lived here for going on 3 years and I can honestly say that the park has gone downhill steadily. The amount of illegal aliens here is astounding, and Limestone county does not care that illegals are running rampant. By amount, I mean over 300 easily. They have dog fighting back near the end of the park and the maintenance man and managers are fully aware of it. You can complain but your complaints and calls never get heard.

As of Fall 2017, there are new managers for this community. The park has RV sites and mobile home sites. A majority of the mobile homes in this park are old and there are lots of homes that have lots of trash around them. The managers are trying to have everyone clean up around their homes. The site rent for RVs seems to be on the high side, 2017 monthly rates are $425.25 with a $75 electric credit. Weekly rates are $189, and all inclusive. RV sites are gravel and not level. No pool; however, there is a nice dog run and a small playground. Also has shower house, exercise room and laundry room, these are not kept clean.Trash dumpsters are at the edge of the RV site area. This park is okay for a stop over on your way to somewhere else. Also good for workers at the nuclear plant.
Was a great place to live full time until the new management. They no longer want long term RVers here. The shower house is no longer available to the long term people and the clubhouse is now closed after business hours and can not be used. The laundry facility has non working machines that have been broken for months. The new dog park was partially financed by residents. We moved here 3 years ago with plans to stay and make this our home. They lowered the lot rent but took away the utility allowance so basically the rent has been raised $45. Raising the rent is ok if amenities are being added, but instead ours are being taken away. This was a great place when we first moved here and now everyone is looking for a new place to live.
We were broke down in our rv... We didnt make it until almost midnite... She said GET HERE... GET HOOKED UP... GET WARM... & we can deal with money tomorrow.
The office people were fantastic and really nice , the grounds themselves do need some work. The concrete could be repaired in some of the sights and the area could be beautified a little better. Now the clubhouse, workout room and showers were very neat and for stopover for our motorhome for one night ans it was a pleasant stay plus priced reasonable
